Install steps

  1. Open this page in Chrome on the phone and tap Download APK.
  2. Open the file. Android asks to allow installs from Chrome for this one app; allow it.
  3. Open ApiSIM, grant the SMS and phone permissions, and enter the pairing code from your workspace.
  4. Choose the business SIM, switch off battery optimisation for ApiSIM, and start the gateway.

Updates install over the top and keep your pairing; never uninstall to update.

Verify before you trust it

Every release is signed with the same ApiSIM key and published with its SHA-256. Compare the checksum with sha256sum or the Files app before installing on a phone that handles customer conversations.

Keep Google Play Protect on. ApiSIM does not ask you to disable it. The app only reads conversations you start or scope from the workspace.
